About Niche Medical Tourism

Niche Medical Tourism is a facilitating business that helps medical tourists by taking care of the entire journey through the process of securing and achieving quality and affordable treatments and procedures abroad.

Background

Niche Medical Tourism was established in 2022 in New South Wales by Bilal Jamal-Eddine and Mehmet Gokce.
The concept that evolved into the facilitating provider for medical tourists that Niche Medical Tourism eventually became, came from Turkey, Bilal and Mehmet spent time in Turkey for their medical treatments including dental implants and hair transplants, and they gathered experience and ideas they felt would be useful to establish a business of “holistic lifestyle changes” for potential medical tourists who do not want to make their medical journey arrangements on their own.

Frequently Asked Questions

Medical Tourism is simply when patients journey to another country seeking medical care, this patient is referred to as Medical Tourist.

Dental care, cosmetic surgery, fertility treatments, spinal problems, hair transplant, weight loss, and skincare are very common procedures that medical tourists undergo on medical tourism trips.

The necessity of taking care of one’s health can be costly and sometimes be a financial burden for many people. The Turkish culture has been cultivated over millennia, interacting with many cultures of the Mediterranean, Europe, Middle East, and Asia, bringing together various customs, especially during Ottoman Empire times. Around 99% of Turkey’s population is Muslim with most belonging to the Sunni branch of Islam, and religious events such as Ramadan are widely and festively celebrated. Turks are renowned for their friendliness and hospitability and are perhaps one of the only nations that embody diverse aspects of Eastern and Western culture somewhat seamlessly. The villages of Turkey tend to be very traditional and modest, whereas large cities such as Istanbul are a unique blend of European and oriental influences. Travellers will not only discover plenty of mosques, hammams, and Turkish coffee shops, but also nightlife, and modern stores of all kinds. You will find incredible mosques, ancient Ionic cities named after Alexander the Great, thousand-year-old Roman ruins, cities carved underground by the early Christians, and a most-colorful cultural adventure awaiting you

Turkish food is among the greatest on earth as it embraces influences from the Mediterranean to the Middle East and from Central Asia to Eastern Europe, it is one of the best cuisines in the world. Famously known for its kebabs and köfte, many Turkish dishes have plenty of variations using spices, meat, seafood, and vegetables. The street food in Turkey is very popular and cheap. Turkish people have pride in their wide range of sweets like baklava, and traditionally handmade ice cream. Restaurants offer an amazing range of Turkish cuisine and prices vary per the type of establishment. Turkish coffee and tea are widely drunk along with a sweet hot milky drink called Salep and a salted yogurt-based drink called Ayran. International food and cafe chains are spread across major cities of Turkey.

Turkey’s major cities have plenty of shopping centers, markets, shops, and stores especially in Istanbul as some of its malls are very huge and considered the best malls in Europe, where you can find the latest international brands. The most exciting shopping experience in most parts of Turkey is at the Bazaars where you can discover a wide range of beautiful unique crafts, textiles, jewellery, clothing, and furniture. Istanbul is the home to the Grand Bazaar; the biggest old covered bazaar in the world, with over 3,000 shops of all kinds. Istanbul also holds an annual Shopping Festival which is the third festival that attracts the most attention following shopping festivals in Dubai and Singapore. The festival is held at nine shopping malls and Grand Bazaar.
